Educator Success Associate

Our Educator Success Associates are about crafting experiences that make Early Learning Teachers and Leaders successful in implementing Learning Genie solutions and building trust in our service and product. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, motivated, and desire to make an impact and better the lives of Early Learning Educators. This position is a junior-level position with a fast-growth and career advancement path.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has an early childhood education background, e.g. Lead Teacher, Teacher, TA or recent college graduate
• Possess excellent communication skills and is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Has a passion to provide services and solve problems
• Is tech-savvy and able to learn new technology quickly
• Holds an Associate Degree or above
• Has Learning Genie product knowledge is a plus
• Prior customer service experience, e.g. call center is a plus

Your Day to Day:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Identify priority issues per customer specifications
• Record technical issues and solutions in logs, provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify new features or products and report on product performance
• Being able to conduct basic product training
